How to Return By Post
To return an item by post, simply send your parcel back to our Online Returns Centre with a completed Returns Form. Our customer service team will process your request as soon as your parcel arrives.

Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return, please check the following:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged.

All original tags must still be attached.

If returning by post, the completed Returns Form must be included.
Important Information

For faulty items, please contact our customer service team on 1300 217 768 before posting your return.

Postage costs will be reimbursed for faulty items only once a valid postage receipt is provided.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method for the amount paid (excluding shipping).

If your order included a promotional discount (e.g., Black Friday), the refund will match the adjusted price paid for the item.
